Harvest Gifts, Helping Our Neighbours — Led by Mini Vinnies 🌾🥫💜

Mini Vinnies Lead Our Harvest Celebration

Our Mini Vinnies led a Harvest Celebration of the Word, bringing our school community together to thank God for the food we enjoy and the people who grow and produce it.

Children were invited to bring their October Foodbank Fridays donation, supporting Harrogate District Foodbank and people in our town. This Harvest contribution counted as their October donation, with families encouraged to give one item if willing and able.

Through Scripture and prayer, we reflected on sharing what we have so that others have enough. This puts Catholic Social Teaching into action through solidarity and care for those most in need.

Thank you to our Mini Vinnies for leading us, and to our families for putting love into action through their generosity. 🌾💜💛
