Growing in faith: preparing for Confirmation 🕊️💜💛

Members of Year 6 have begun their catechesis as they prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Through prayer, discussion and reflection, the children are exploring their faith and what it means to take greater responsibility for their own relationship with God. Their preparation helps them consider how the Holy Spirit strengthens us to follow Jesus and share his love through our everyday choices.

They are also researching saints as they choose their Confirmation names, looking for someone whose life speaks to their heart and whose example they would like to imitate.

We are proud of the children as they take this next step in their faith. Please keep them, their families, sponsors and catechists in your prayers.

All you holy men and women, pray for us!
