Adventure, courage and friendship at Herd Farm! 🌳💜💛

Year 6 enjoyed a wonderful residential at Herd Farm, packed with outdoor adventures, new challenges and memorable moments together.

From the giant swing and crate stacking to orienteering, the assault course and building woodland shelters, the children had plenty of opportunities to develop confidence, perseverance and teamwork. Evening fun included hide-and-seek in the woods and marshmallows beneath the stars!

We were especially proud of how the children cared for one another. The instructors noticed their compassion and encouragement as they supported friends through challenges and celebrated each other’s achievements—a lovely reflection of our school’s virtues.

With delicious food, fantastic leaders and plenty of laughter, it was an experience to treasure. Thank you to the Herd Farm team and our accompanying staff. Well done, Year 6!
